Best Buy bundles $100 coupon book with Insignia NS-BRDVD Blu-ray player

It’s only been a couple days since Best Buy revealed their Insignia NS-BRDVD Blu-ray player on their website. Now they’re looking to push it by offering a free $100 coupon book for ‘instant savings on a great collection of Blu-ray Disc movies from Disney, Touchstone, and Miramax’. While coupon book comes with the player when purchased in-store or online, coupons can only be redeemed in-store. Details regarding the number of coupons or discount amounts are not yet known.

Best Buy unveils $349 Insignia NS-BRDVD Blu-ray player

Best Buy has unveiled the in-house brand Insignia NS-DRDVD Blu-ray player on its website. Insignia has a range of money-saving consumer electronic products that aren’t exactly known for their high quality. So if you’re looking for a standalone Blu-ray player and you want to save $50 over the PS3 then this may be the way to go. The NS-BRDVD outputs at 1080P, decodes Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD, and 2-channel Dolby TrueHD. Outputs on the unit include stereo audio, composite video, component video, optical Toslink, digital coax, and HDMI.
